"I have attended many FICPA courses with many good presenters, but I must say that Melissa was fantastic! She had delivery, she was enjoyable and she was very easy to listen to and just great! I cannot recommend her enough to FICPA to have her present more courses. Now, in fact, I will look for specific course which she is presenting. Thanks for having her present. Especially at 7-9pm was not great, but she kept me alert and awake!!!"
